Theme Parks

The Dells is "a unique vacation destination" for kids and adults of all ages. We are home to the “world's largest indoor and outdoor water parks” and some of the greatest amusement parks in the entire country. With over 20 water-amusement parks Wisconsin Dells attractions will keep you dripping wet and screaming with excitement all day. This is exactly why we call the Dells the "Water Park Capital of the Universe."

Amusement Parks

Extreme World We went to Extreme World last summer to try the bungee jumping. Obviously, we were a bit nervous about jumping but it turned out to be an event we will not soon forget. It was a little more than we figured, but for something we’d probably never do again was well worth it. They also have other Wisconsin Dells attractions and rides such as the Skycoaster, Ejection Seat, and Terminal Velocity which we’d like to go back and try. They don’t call it Extreme World for nothing.

Riverview Park and Waterworld
Riverview Park and Waterworld has a nice mix of water and amusement rides. Riverview Park is smaller than the giant water parks but is less expensive and so less crowded. They offer three 50 foot water slides, five Rapids inner tube rides, and a wave pool. They also have a large selection of amusement rides and go-carts. We went there last summer and only a short wait in line for rides.

If you pay for an all day adult or kids pass you get the next day admission free. So if you have a lot of kids and plan on staying in the Dells for a couple of days, this is a steal. Their night-pass is unbeatable for teens who want to pay once and ride the go-carts all night.

The Tommy Bartlett Show

Here is the text display when the Image not load yet
I have personally been a visitor to the Tommy Bartlett Water Show on many occasions. In fact, several of my hometown high school friends performed in the water ski show several years ago. The ski and boat show is as good as or better than ever, and the ski performers are the best in the mid-west if not the entire country. This is a live, 90-minute show featuring high-powered boats, fast-paced water-skiing and breathtaking stunts on water, stage and sky.

Meet the Beetles
Paul, Ringo, John and George in the Dells? It’s not too late to “ Meet The Beetles ” Wisconsin Dells style. “Roll Over Beethoven”, the lads from Liverpool are playing on the Sullivan Theatre stage “Eight Days a Week” all summer long. We really enjoyed this musical tribute to the “Beatles”, complete with the instantly recognizable Beatles look, style, brit accent, proper instruments, and onstage banter.

Trappers Turn was created by two-time U.S. Open Champion Andy North and world renowned golf course designer Roger Packard, and they have made it into one of the main Wisconsin Dells travel attractions and one of Wisconsin’s premier golf courses.

Not only is the 27-hole course challenging, it is extremely beautiful as it is covered in gentle rolling hills giving it a Scottish feel. Considering its popularity, the rates at Trappers Turn are very reasonable.
