Tommy Bartlett Water Show
Great Family Fun!
I have personally been a visitor to the Tommy Bartlett Water Show on many occasions. In fact, several of my hometown high school friends performed in the water ski show several years ago. The ski and boat show is as good as or better than ever, and the ski performers are the best in the mid-west if not the entire country. This is a live, 90-minute show featuring high-powered boats, fast-paced water-skiing and breathtaking stunts on water, stage and sky.
The grand finale is a tribute to America. The lights come out each night with a dazzling laser-light show. The show pays tribute to our great nation with a spectacular mix of music, color, and graphics as the patriotic finale blends fountains and fireworks with music as we celebrate America. Remember, if you go during the day you won't see the laser light show and the lit up water displays.
Sitting outside under the stars out on Lake Delton is very enjoyable and a nice way to end a great stay in Wisconsin Dells. I personal highly recommend the show as great family time entertainment. Rain or Shine! “It’s Show Time!” Performances are daily from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
The Legend
Tommy Bartlett is a household name in Wisconsin. When you think Tommy Bartlett, you think water-skiing and the Wisconsin Dells. The show first opened in 1952 and was an immediate success for the summer tourist season. Since then, the Tommy Bartlett Water Show has evolved into the longest-running, live, outdoor entertainment show of its kind.
They have entertained audiences of all ages with good wholesome family entertainment. The show continues to be a family favorite enjoyed by several generations now for over 50 years and by more than 20 million spectators. This show is a large part of the reason that turned Wisconsin Dells into a major tourism destination.
